The administrator of the 24 Seconds Invoice application ensures that the collected data, necessary to verify and to prepare an agreement with the user, are stored with the utmost care for their safety, in accordance to current Data Protection legislation.
I. Instruction:
1. Administrator
MK – KOMPUTERY, who is also the owner of 24 Seconds Invoice application, issuing VAT invoices online and other systems included in web application, with all property rights and licenses to operate in the business.
2. User
A natural or legal person engaged in economic activity, for which the Administrator is required to provide the Service.
3. Service
One or more of the services offered by the Administrator, made ??through 24 Seconds Invoice web application.
4. Agreement
The contract signed between the Administrator and the User to fully activate the account in the 24 Seconds Invoice application.
5. Firm
Any way of payment made to extend the subscription service.
II. Collecting data
- Data collected during registration
In order to use the 24 Seconds Invoice application you will need to register as User. During registration, the User will be required to provide details of his business activity, a valid e-mail address, a login name and an unique password to log into the application.

Before using the 24 Seconds Invoice application as a verified user, it will be required to provide the following informations: name, last name, company name, company address, tax identification number, email address and payment data. In addition, the application can collect third parties’ data, entered by User to use the Service properly. The Administrator do not take responsibility for this data.
3.Data collected automatically by the 24 Seconds Invoice application
When the User log into his account, the system collects the following data: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, date and hour of log in and log out.
4.Data collected by the 24 Seconds Invoice application during correspondence of the User or other members with the Administrator.
During the named correspondence some personal data can be sent to the Administrator, such us name, last name, email address etc.
5. Usage of data collected by 24 Seconds Invoice application
The Administrator does not share any of the collected data entered by the User to unauthorized persons.
Data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of log into the 24 Seconds Invoice application and the proper use of the services provided by the Administrator in accordance with the issued order.
Data collected during purchasing the Service will be used to execute the order properly, including providing access to the Service, collecting payment from the User and completing and delivering VAT invoice or any other document confirming the performance of service by the Administrator. In addition, the entered data may be transferred to the company supporting payment’s transaction to assure a proper payment for the Service. The named company will use the provided data solely for this purpose. The transfer of data is required for the proper performance of Services.
The 24 Seconds Invoice application will send you via email a newsletter containing important information about the services provided by the Operator – but only if you agree to receive it.
During signing the Agreement the User will be asked to give consent to receive the Newsletter. Every User has the right to opt out from receiving the Newsletter at any time, by sending an appropriate letter by mail. The address can be found on the Agreement.
The automatically collected data can be used to analize the behavior of 24 Seconds Invoice application’s users, collect demographic data or personalize the content of our site, or to display advertisements. This data is collected automatically from the computer’s IP address.
Data collected during correspondence between Users or other persons and the 24 Seconds Invoice application will be used solely for the purpose of providing information according to request.
In case of a control by the General Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection, the data collected by the application can be made available to authorized employees of the Inspectorate in accordance with the Law of Personal Data Protection.
In case of violation of 24 Seconds Invoice application’s regulations, violations of law or in order to fulfill the obligation imposed on the Administrator by law, the Administrator will be entitled to pass data to the competent law enforcement authorities.
6.Contact between the User and the Administrator
After ordering Services the User may obtain information about the completed order via email in the form of a certified VAT invoice in PDF format. The User will receive a Newsletter via email, if he agreed to do so.
7. Changing data in the 24 Seconds Invoice application
The User, after logging into his account, can enter the My Data section, change his Password and modify the display of invoices numerations. The User will not be able to change data used during ordering a Service after signing an Agreement. The same stands for the data collected automatically.
8. Usage of cookies
The 24 Seconds Invoice application can use cookies, which identify the User’s browser, to provide the User with required data. Cookies do not contain any personal information.
9. Security of the 24 Seconds Invoice application’s database
During the collection of personal data for the purpose of registration, SSL encryption is used. The database is protected from unauthorized access.
10. Privacy policy changes
The Administrator of 24 Seconds Invoice application reserves the right to amend this privacy policy by posting a new one on this page. Each change is in force at the moment of publication.
